Sree Guru Precision Manufacturing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 in India, with its registered offices in Hyderabad, Telangana. We design, prototype, and manufacture wearable medical devices, biosensors, and healthcare electronics for clients globally.

All services are subject to a separate written agreement, purchase order, or statement of work ("SOW") executed between SGPMS and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreements unless expressly superseded in writing.
The following payment terms apply to all transactions with SGPMS:
In case of delayed payment beyond the agreed term, SGPMS reserves the right to charge interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount and to suspend delivery of goods or services.
SGPMS may list certain products for sale on Amazon.in, Amazon.com, or other third-party marketplaces. Purchases made through these platforms are additionally governed by the terms and policies of the respective marketplace. SGPMS is solely responsible for the quality and description of the products it lists; any platform-specific policies on returns, disputes, and fulfilment apply alongside these Terms.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications on third-party platforms are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on marketplaces may differ from direct quotation prices and may include platform fees or fulfilment charges.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design files, and technical documents — is the intellectual property of Sree Guru Precision Manufacturing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Client-supplied designs, specifications, and proprietary information shared with SGPMS remain the intellectual property of the client. SGPMS agrees to maintain confidentiality of such information as agreed in any applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
SGPMS warrants that products and services will conform to agreed specifications and be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery, unless a different warranty period is specified in the SOW.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SGPMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service or product.
SGPMS is not responsible for regulatory approval outcomes. Regulatory submission support is advisory in nature; final approval decisions rest with the relevant authority.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or business data exchanged in connection with services. This obligation survives termination of any agreement for a period of three (3) years.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For international clients, disputes may also be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), conducted in English in Hyderabad.
SGPMS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the website. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
