₹3,999 upfront and full cancellation refunds before dispatch are included. Paid ordering remains closed until the remaining purchase details are finalised.
1. Seller and scope
SootheMotion is offered by Sree Guru Precision Manufacturing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (SGPMS), Hyderabad, India. Product enquiries: info@sgpmsolutions.com. These draft product-specific terms describe the intended early-access offer. Paid orders are currently closed.
2. Free waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and records interest only. It does not create a purchase, reserve stock or guarantee the early-access price. We use the submitted contact details for SootheMotion updates and ordering information. You can unsubscribe by emailing info@sgpmsolutions.com.
3. Early-access price and charges
Early-access device price: ₹3,999 upfront. Shipping is quoted separately before payment. Final tax treatment and the total payable will be displayed at checkout. Indicative later pricing of around ₹8,999 is subject to change. The first pilot batch is planned for 500 devices; this is batch capacity, not a live remaining-stock count. No percentage saving is claimed against the indicative future price.
4. Order confirmation
When ordering opens, the checkout will show the final specifications, selected option, all charges and applicable purchase terms before payment. A reservation is confirmed only through the ordering process and order confirmation. No money is being collected on this page.
5. Cancellation before dispatch
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order. Contact SGPMS with your order reference. Refund processing times and the post-delivery return policy will be published before orders open. Email info@sgpmsolutions.com with the order reference and the contact details used for purchase. A full pre-dispatch refund includes any shipping amount paid for the cancelled order. The processing and banking timeframes will be published before accepting payment.
6. Dispatch, delivery and delays
January 2027 is the target dispatch month. Delivery follows courier transit. Shipping charges and serviceability depend on your location. If timing changes, we will share an updated estimate; you may still cancel before dispatch. The estimate is for dispatch, not arrival. Courier transit is additional. Buyers must provide accurate contact and delivery details. Tracking will be provided at dispatch.
7. Development and specifications
The working prototype is complete and production preparation is underway. Product images are generated visualisations, not photographs of finished production stock; app and packaging visuals are concepts. Final colour availability, dimensions, supported settings, battery runtime, charging requirements, phone compatibility and included items will be published before purchase.
8. Returns, warranty and product support
Post-delivery return eligibility, the process for damaged or faulty items, return shipping responsibility, warranty duration and exclusions are still being finalised. They will be available before paid ordering opens. These terms do not exclude rights available under applicable consumer law.
9. Contact and privacy
For product questions, cancellations or support, contact info@sgpmsolutions.com. Seller address, grievance-contact details and response arrangements will be completed before paid orders open. Personal data is handled under the SGPMS Privacy Policy.
10. Updates to these draft terms
This prelaunch page accepts free waitlist signups, not purchases. A dated final version will be published before checkout opens. Changes to this draft do not authorise charging anyone or changing a future confirmed order without the applicable process.
