A CLOSER LOOK
Details with a purpose.
The rigid housing has a matte finish. Only the narrow lower skirt is fabric, concealing the wheels beneath the body.
Four nearly overlapping cuts allow the skirt to move and fold outward against the skin.

Price & payment
Early-access device price: ₹3,999 upfront. Shipping is quoted separately before payment. Final tax treatment and the total payable will be displayed at checkout. Indicative later pricing of around ₹8,999 is subject to change.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order. Contact SGPMS with your order reference. Refund processing times and the post-delivery return policy will be published before orders open.
Shipping & delays
January 2027 is the target dispatch month. Delivery follows courier transit. Shipping charges and serviceability depend on your location. If timing changes, we will share an updated estimate; you may still cancel before dispatch.
Product & support
Final dimensions, battery runtime, charging details, phone compatibility, box contents, warranty and post-delivery support terms will be confirmed before payment. Renders and app concepts may differ from the finished product.

Why pay 2–3 months before delivery?
Early access helps fund and plan the first production run. In exchange, confirmed early orders receive the ₹3,999 offer. The working prototype is complete, but production preparation, assembly and final checks take time. If you prefer to see the finished production unit first, join the free waitlist and decide later.
Can I use massage and scratching together?
Yes. SootheMotion supports both together, with separate intensity controls. Final intensity ranges and app compatibility will be published before ordering.
Is ₹8,999 the final retail price?
No. Around ₹8,999 is an indication only; the later price is to be decided. It is not an established selling price or the basis for a percentage-discount claim.
Does the waitlist reserve one of the 500 devices?
No. It records interest and lets us send development and ordering updates. A unit and the early-access price are confirmed only through the ordering process once paid orders open.
What if January dispatch is delayed?
We will share the revised estimate when a delay becomes known. You may cancel for a full refund before dispatch. Courier delivery time after dispatch is separate.
Are these photos of the working prototype?
No. The working prototype is complete, but these images are visualisations based on the current design. The app screens and packaging are concepts. A prototype demonstration video will be added when available.
